Privacy notice
MERLIER is founded in France. This page states exactly what this site does with the little it collects, and what it deliberately does not.
What is collected
If you request access to the FOUNDING SECTOR, MERLIER stores the email address you enter, the language of the page you entered it from, and — only if you choose to add them — a country and a size interest.
Alongside it, the entry records the campaign parameters present in the link you arrived through (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), the referring website, whether you ticked the marketing consent box, and the date of the entry.
What is not collected
No account, no password, no date of birth, no phone contacts, no precise location, no social profile, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no cross-site tracking.
Campaign parameters are kept in your browser for the duration of the session only, and are sent with the form if you submit it.
Why
To tell you how T-001 / ORIGIN is progressing and when access opens, and to understand which channels bring people genuinely interested in the house.
Marketing consent
The consent box is never pre-ticked. If you tick it, the entry records the consent, its date and the version of this wording (2026-08-17.v1). You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message from MERLIER or by writing to the address below.
Who processes it
The site is hosted by Vercel. Waitlist entries are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database, reachable only from the server with a key that is never exposed to the browser.
How long
Entries are kept until the launch of T-001 / ORIGIN is complete, or until you ask for yours to be removed — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask what MERLIER holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to the address below and the request is handled directly.
